The Heating Company was founded in 1990 by its managing director Neil Pleasants who has many years experience in the residential and commercial sectors. Neil established the company with one core aim 'to provide a high quality heating and plumbing service which offers value for money service to homeowners, landlords and
commercial clients'.

Since its early days the company has grown as its reputation has spread through recommendations and referrals from satisfied customers. From humble beginnings the Heating Company has now established itself as one of the leading suppliers of heating and plumbing services in and around Cambridge, Ely, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. With its team of experienced plumbers and engineers, help is never far away and the company provides a friendly and efficient service 24 hours a day.

At the centre of the Heating Company’s operation is an administration team and engineers who are passionate about providing a friendly and efficient service. The offices are open from 9-5 five days a week for routine calls but emergency lines are open 24 hours a day for those unexpected events such as burst pipes.
